Agnes Czuchlewski is a patient advocate for women with heart disease and diabetes. After a heart attack in 2015, she joined WomenHeart (The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease) and was selected to be the Support Network Coordinator and Community Educator. She currently facilitates the Lenox Hill Hospital Support Network Group.
Prior to being a patient advocate, Agnes' career was in telecommunications, and she had her own corporate training/consulting business, Gentoo Learning Strategies, for 15 years.
Agnes received her Bachelor's degree from Queens College and her Master's in Human Resource Education from Fordham University.
