The health and wellness world is full of complicated and sometimes contradictory advice. As a registered dietitian, I continue to understand the need for reliable and trustworthy nutrition information so that individuals can make well-informed decisions about their health. Furthermore, I believe that everyone is entitled to practical nutrition guidance to feel confident when making these important decisions. I’m excited to be a part of the Verywell Health team as they continue to advocate for public health by publishing reliable and up-to-date health information.
