Anastasia has helped individuals across all age groups and income levels achieve their best health. She began freelance writing for Livestrong and Healthfully in 2011, before pursuing a career as an award-winning healthy lifestyle coach.

Anastasia’s experience is rooted in public health. She’s led wellness initiatives for HIV/AIDS, Head Start, private practices, and major health insurance companies. Anastasia also has a strong background in research and quality assurance through her work on a large-scale obesity surveillance study at UConn’s Center for Public Health and Health Policy.

Since 2019, Anastasia has collaborated with various entrepreneurs on content creation, copywriting, and email marketing. Along with medical writing, her portfolio includes blogs and podcasts on self-actualization and personal growth. She contributes as both an Update Editor and Expert Writer for Verywell.

Education

Anastasia graduated from the school of Allied Health at the University of Connecticut, where she also completed her dietetic internship through the Coordinated Undergraduate Program.
