After college, Anthea worked as an editorial assistant and then assistant editor at Health magazine, writing and editing stories about everything from how to beat sugar cravings to the best way to break up with a narcissist. After two years at Health, Anthea decided to pursue her true passion: nutrition. She is currently enrolled in a master's program in clinical nutrition at New York University. While she earns her registered dietitian and master's degrees, she continues to contribute to media outlets including Health.com, Eat This Not That, and Buzzfeed Health.
