    There is no specific 12-step program for online anger management, though sometimes addressing anger issues may be part of a 12-step substance abuse program. “Twelve-step programs have mixed reviews as far as their helpfulness and efficacy. I am not sure if they exist specifically for anger, but if someone benefits from a twelve-step program for substance use and also struggles with anger, they might find the same concepts helpful for their anger,” says Dr. Marschall.
