Parsley Health is a membership-based care provider with both in-person and virtual options. They offer annual plans that include regular doctor visits, health coaching, and additional perks like discounts on supplements.

While Parsley Health doesn't technically offer at-home testing kits, they can prescribe advanced testing, including hormone panels. The company can  provide personalized treatment plans and medication for PCOS, something most at-home testing companies can't offer. Their ongoing support and unlimited messaging with an expert care team make them a great option if you're looking for more than just a one-time test.

Parsley Health is available in 45 states. Their annual plan costs $1,950 for 12 months of ongoing care (about $163 per month), while the monthly payment option comes in at $175 for 30 days. While the cost is higher than other options, lab tests can be billed to insurance through an in-network testing facility. In some cases, you may be able to submit the costs associated with Parsley Health for out-of-network reimbursement.

For those with possible PCOS, it's helpful to track your hormone levels over time to see if they change with lifestyle or treatment changes. Mira is an at-home hormone test that offers instant results, simplifying the process. 

The Mira Fertility Plus test currently measures estrogen and LH levels, which can help predict your ovulation day and fertile period. The company also has test wands that measure FSH levels, which can be used with the same analyzer.
