Dwyer Frame is an editorial director on Dotdash's commerce team. Growing up, she was a competitive swimmer and competed in the Junior Olympics, she also competed in horseback riding, skiing, tennis, sailing, lacrosse, and more. She was also lifeguard for 6 years and is CPR certified. Besides being an avid gym goer, she enjoys setting up the most efficient at-home gym she can (she has two young sons so getting out of the house is hard!), has tried every on-demand workout (Insanity for the win!), and likes to cook healthy meals for the whole family on the weekends.
She has worked in the publishing industry for more than 15 years and has written for Health, What to Expect, CafeMom, Real Simple, Woman’s Day, and People, among others.
