She has worked for publications including, Health, What to Expect, CafeMom, People, Real Simple, Woman’s Day, and more. She has worked for Verywell Fit for one year. Dwyer was a competitive swimmer growing up and competed in the Junior Olympics, she also competed in horseback riding, skiing, tennis, sailing, lacrosse, and more. Dwyer was a lifeguard for 6 years and is CPR certified. Besides being an avid gym goer, she also enjoys setting up the most efficient at home gym (she has a son so getting out of the house is hard!), has tried every on-demand workout (Insanity for the win!), and likes to cook healthy meals for the whole family on the weekends.
