Holly Klamer, MS, RDN, is a dietitian with experience in many areas including personal training, corporate wellness, sports nutrition, and teaching nutrition at the university level. She has had her own business in which she consulted restaurants for menu analysis and led healthy eating workshops.She started writing in the health and nutrition space when graduating with her master's degree in 2009. Over the years she has written and edited content for various online platforms covering a variety of nutrition, exercise, and healthy eating topics.She enjoys teaching nutrition both at the university and community level. She has a certificate in Culinary Nutrition through the Academy of American Nutrition and Dietetics and helps teach nutrition and healthy cooking principles with Kalamazoo Valley Community College’s community culinary and nutrition program.
Holly received a master's degree in nutrition and exercise science from Colorado State University. She also completed a dietetic internship to become a registered dietitian, has a certificate in culinary nutrition, and is a lifestyle coach with the CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Program.
