Jennifer runs marathons and half-marathons, climbs and snowboards in the mountains, and hasn’t met a studio or virtual fitness class she didn’t want to try. She’s also the first to critique and debunk wellness or diet trends with scientific research. Jennifer is an enthusiastic and adventurous traveler, following an adventure, recover, write, repeat formula to turn vacations into articles.


She has a bachelors degree in magazine journalism and minor in psychology from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
