What I love most about physical therapy is that it is a proactive approach to healthcare where patients and providers work together to reach goals of optimal health and wellness. I believe that knowledge is power, and that through patient education both in and out of the clinic, we can help people move better to enjoy the activities they love and live happier, healthier lives.
