Lana Butner, ND, LAc, is a board-certified naturopathic doctor and licensed acupuncturist in New York City. Growing up with her own misdiagnosed digestive issues, Dr. Butner understands the value of knowledge as power. She strives to shed educational light and understanding for her patients so that they can regain control of their health and healing journeys.
As a physician and business owner, she brings her expertise in alternative health care, fitness, and Eastern medicine to the greater New York area. Dr. Butner reaches patients not only in Manhattan, but Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut as well. When she is not working, she is in the boxing gym or pilates studio, enjoying the outdoors, or traveling.
Dr. Butner earned her undergraduate degree from Tulane University, her medical degree from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and her Master of Science in Acupuncture from the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture. Upon graduation, Dr. Butner moved to New York to open her own practice in Manhattan, where she currently treats patients at multiple locations throughout the city.
