Laura Hensley has worked as a journalist and editor in some of the largest newsrooms in Canada covering health, wellness, and lifestyle news. Her work has appeared in various outlets including Best Health Magazine, Refinery29, Global News and the National Post. She has produced features on the opioid crisis and is especially interested in addiction and mental health. 


Laura has both a master of journalism degree and bachelor of design degree from Ryerson University. She has also studied at Nottingham Trent University's School of Art and Design.
