A Word From Marlo Mittler, MS, RD

It is all about "Fooditude!" I believe a positive, healthy and hopeful state of mind about eating, food and nutrition is what its all about.  When you take this approach, finding the best possible outcomes in making food choices (i.e., eating, cooking, shopping, etc) starts to become easier. This will change frustration to enjoyment and failure into success.  Facing food allergies might seem like an obstacle at first, but with the right "fooditude" it will be nothing but a bump in the road.  And one that can easily be managed in a healthy, fun, delicious and safe way.
