Highlights

Mary is a licensed mental health counselor and psychotherapist and has worked in the field of psychology for over 15 years.

The greatest tragedy of pain is that it often steals you away from yourself. I use a combination of psychoanalysis, personality type assessments, and positive psychology techniques to help people focus on finding simple solutions to complicated problems. When the focus is on simplicity, it decreases the confusion, self-doubt, and insecurity associated with making decisions. When people begin to feel confidence in decision-making abilities, they feel back in control of their own lives. That's a good feeling!
