Highlights

As a certified holistic nutritionist, my goal is to share the message of the importance of how a plant-based diet helps individuals as well as the planet. From my perspective, a healthy population ultimately leads to sane environmental and agricultural policies, a healthy planet, and a better future for our children and their children.
